Team came day late was told project would take 3 days it took 4 team left daily around 3-330
Ran out of gas for generator ? How does this happen part of checking supplies when finished at end of day or next morning on way to job
Damaged some items see photo did not tell us put box over items
Left trash left doors partially open
Team also decided to do a project next door that was contracted during my project and that wasted time as they concentrated on that instead of current job

Owner's reply
Alfred, thank you for your feedback. While we respect your right to share your experience, we would like to clarify several statements in this review so that there is an accurate account of the project. First, this project was scheduled for approximately five days, not three, and the entire pool deck was completed in four days — one day ahead of the anticipated schedule. Our Tuesday start was due to weather delays affecting the project immediately preceding yours. As outlined in our agreement, exterior coating projects in Florida are weather-dependent and scheduling can be affected by rain and other weather conditions. You mentioned our crew leaving around 3:00–3:30. On one of those days, there was an extreme heat/weather advisory, and for the safety of our employees working outdoors, we ended the workday early. Despite this, your project was still completed ahead of schedule. You also mentioned that we performed a small project next door. That is correct. It was a small job we were able to accommodate while already working in the area, and it did not delay your project whatsoever. Again, your project was completed in four days despite being scheduled for approximately five. Regarding the generator running out of fuel, this was a temporary and minor inconvenience that was addressed. It did not affect the quality of the installation or prevent us from completing the project ahead of schedule. Regarding cleanup, our crew cleaned the pool deck and surrounding work area upon completion. We did inadvertently overlook one discarded cardboard box, and we acknowledge that it should have been removed. The pool enclosure doors were intentionally left partially open while the coating was curing. This was necessary to prevent the bottom of the doors from contacting and sticking to the freshly applied coating. This was not an oversight; it was done specifically to protect the new installation. Finally, regarding the damaged plastic items shown in your photographs, we discussed this with our crew. These items were not in an area where our employees were performing work, and no member of our crew recalls touching or coming into contact with them. We therefore cannot accept responsibility for damage when we have no evidence that it was caused by our company. Most importantly, the finished pool deck came out beautifully, and the before-and-after photographs demonstrate the substantial transformation of the surface. We stand behind the quality of the work performed and the finished installation. We certainly wish you well and are disappointed that these concerns overshadowed what we believe was an excellent finished project. Floor Grip Medic

After contracting with Shark Coatings to resurface our garage, they began by grinding down our current garage coating. After 5 hours of work, the supervisor tells me they can't finish the job because of a concrete problem where the adhesive they use won't stick to the concrete. With a garage floor half ground up, I called Robert at Floor Grip Medic in St Augustine and he tells me the adhesive they use will in fact adhere to our concrete. Despite Shark Coating grinding some areas too much and creating an uneven floor, Robert's crew came in and saved the day. Now the floor looks great. Don't hesitate to use them. Did great work and was priced below others.

Owner's reply
Brad, thank you for sharing this and for giving us a chance to step in and get your garage back on track. I’m glad Robert and our crew could correct the uneven areas and deliver a floor that looks great, all at a price that beat the others. We truly appreciate the recommendation.

Robert and his team were really easy to work with. Competitive pricing and a job well done with my garage and storage room floors. Small family owned business. Go with these guys over the larger companies with huge advertising budgets. Really satisfied, definitely recommend them for garage floor coatings.
